摘  要:以实验室自制的化合物一氯均三嗪基亚磷酸三乙酯胍(MTG)对棉纤维进行改性,研究了化合物MTG的用量、Na_2CO_3用量、改性反应温度以及反应时间对改性棉纤维的抗菌阻燃复合功能效果、拉伸断裂强力和白度的影响,确定了最佳改性条件。结果表明,当MTG用量为250 g/L、Na_2CO_3用量60 g/L、改性反应温度90℃、改性反应时间60 min时,改性后的棉纤维抗菌阻燃复合功能性最好,LOI体积分数浓度可达31.2%,燃烧后残炭率可提高至49.3%,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌带宽度可达2.9 mm和2.8 mm,经、纬向断裂强力分别达到730N和350N,白度为83.1;拉伸断裂强力损失较小,白度几乎无变化。Cotton fibers were modified by monochlorotriazine triethylphosphate guanidine (MTG) made in our laboratory. The effects of four factors were studied on the antibacterial and flame retardant composite function of modified cotton fibers, including the amount of the MTG, the dosage of Na2CO3, the modified reaction temperature and reaction time. In order to choose the optimal modified conditions, the properties of modified cotton fibers were tested, such as the tensile breaking strength and whiteness. The results showed that when the amount of MTG was 250 g/L, the dosage of Na2CO3 was 60 g/L, the modified reaction temperature was 90℃ and modified reaction time was 60 minutes, the modified cotton fibers had excellent antibacterial and flame retardant composite function. The LOI value of the modified cotton fibers increased to 31.2%. The final amount of residual char increased to 49.3%. The inhibition zone of the modified cotton fibers base to Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus could reach to 2.9 mm and 2.8 mm. Besides the modified cotton fibers showed a slight decrease in tensile strength and whiteness. Respectively warp and weft breaking strength was 730 N and 350 N, while whiteness was 83.1.
