摘 要:以51名19-26岁单纯性超重和肥胖大学生为研究对象,根据干预方式的不同,分实验组(易筋经法练习)、对照组(保持原有的生活状态),干预前后测试身体成分。结果显示:经过10周的易筋经功法运动干预,男生的体重、脂肪体重、体脂百分比和体重指数出现显著下降(P<0.01),肌肉体重增加趋势非常明显(P<0.05),骨盐含量在运动干预前后出明显升高(P<0.01)。女生在运动前后体重明显下降,肌肉重量有所增加,脂肪体重明显下降,体重指数出现非常显著性下降(P<0.01),骨盐重量有明显升高(P<0.05)。51obesity university students aged between 19 to 26were divided into experimental group and control group and their body compositions were tested.After 10 weeks of Yi Jin Jing practice,the weight,fat weight,physical fat percentage and weight index of the men all decrease obviously(P0.01).The muscle weight increases obviously(P0.05).Bone salt has obviously increased after the practice of Yi Jin Jing(P0.01).The weight of the girl students has decreased,the muscle weight of the girl students increase,fat weight of girl students decreases,weight index of girl students obviously decreases(P0.01)and the bone salt weight obviously increases(P0.05).
