推广PPP模式与福建省新型城镇化建设分析

摘　　要：分析新型城镇化过程中引入PPP模式的重要意义。指出当前福建省在新型城镇化建设步伐加快,但总体上仍存在地区发展不平衡、城镇规模相对小、财政资金较困难等的问题,提出发挥福建民间资本雄厚的独特优势,从科学划分政企关系、加快完善监管机制、建立健全评价体系、全面构建法律框架等多个方面来保证PPP模式的推广运用等建议。It is of significant importance to introduce PPP Model when analyzing urbanization. This article points out that the process of urbanization in Fujian Province is accelerating, which is accompanied with imbalanced regional development, relatively small size of cities and towns, and difficulty in finance capital. So this article promotes that government should exploit the unique advantage of the Fujian＇s adequate local resident capital, categorize the relationship between government and business corporation scientifically, perfect the supervision system, build up comprehensive evaluation system and legal frame to ensure the better utilizing of PPP model in Fujian Province.
