摘  要:考察了不同环境因素对阴离子聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)溶液稳定性的影响。通过粘度的变化反映各种因素对其稳定性的影响。结果表明:相对分子质量是决定APAM溶液粘度的主要因素,粘度随着相对分子质量的增加而成倍数增加;温度越高,其粘度随之下降;随着APAM溶液浓度的增大,分子间相互作用增强,分子间越容易形成链缠结,其粘度越大;无机盐的存在会使溶液粘度下降,0.1 mol/L的Ca^(2+)加入APAM溶液中,会导致溶液的粘度大幅度下降。对APAM溶液加入不同种类的稳定剂,研究其粘度对时间的依时性的实验结果表明,甘油(丙三醇)稳定效果最佳,该研究在泥浆处理领域具有极大的实用性和经济效益。The Influencing factors on stability of anionic polyacrylamide(APAM) solution were explored. The influence of environmental factor on the stability of the APAM solution was reflected by changes of the viscosity of its solution. It showed that: relative molecular weight was the main factor to demtermine the viscosity of its solution. Viscosity was doubled with the increase of relative molecular weight; The viscosity was decreased with the increase of temperature; with the increasing amount of APAM, molecular interactions was strengthened and it was easier to form chain entanglement between molecules, resulting in the enhancement of solution has been reduced markedly with the increase of calcium ion concentration. Some stabilizers were added in the APAM solutions, and the dependence of viscosity on time was studied, it showed that: the stability of glycerol is best. This research in the field of sludge treatment has been of great practicability and economic benefits.
