摘 要:以采集于秦淮河、玄武湖的8个表层沉积物为例,对比了新鲜样品、冷冻干燥和自然风干等3种预处理方式对沉积物磷形态测定结果的影响。结果表明,预处理方式对沉积物各形态磷的提取产生了不同程度的影响。不同预处理方式下,Ex-P,Fe-P,Ca-P和De-P含量具有显著差异,而Org-P含量则差异不明显。预处理方法会对沉积物磷形态分析的结果造成较为显著的影响,应根据不同的研究目的,选择合适的预处理方法。Influence of the three different pretreatment methods including fresh, frozen-dried, and air-dried methods, on the analysis of phosphorus(P) forms by chemical sequential extraction in eight surficial sediment samples from Qinhuai River and Xuanwu Lake in Nanjing were investigated. Results showed that with the different pretreatment methods, there were significant differences in the contents of the extracted P forms(Ex-P, Fe-P, Ca-P and De-P) except Org-P. It is important to select a suitable pretreatment method to guarantee the accuracy of sediment chemical sequential extraction experiments for special purpose of researches.
