一串红浸提液对多年生黑麦草种子萌发的影响

摘　　要：一串红植株不同部位浸提液对多年生黑麦草种子萌发影响的试验结果表明:一串红不同部位的浸提液对黑麦草种子萌发均具有化感作用,其中茎、叶、根5%浸提液对黑麦草种子萌发有促进作用,根浸提液促进效果最好,其他处理均起到一定抑制作用,抑制强度为花浸提液>叶浸提液>茎浸提液>根浸提液;对比一串红浸提液对黑麦草种子处理后发芽率及发芽势,根浸提液处理效果最好,不同体积分数叶浸提液处理优于茎浸提液处理,花浸提液处理最差。The effect of Salvia splendens leach liquor on the sprout of perennation Lolium perenne seeds was researched by using the annual Salvia splendens and perennation Lolium perenne seeds as experiment material. The result showed that the leach liquor of different part of Salvia splendens had allelopathy to the sprout of perennation Lolium perenne L.seeds. The 5% leach liquor of the stem, leaves and root of Salvia splendens had promotion effect to the sprout of perennation Lolium perenne seeds and the root was the best.Nevertheless, the other treatment had certain inhibiting effect and the intensity order was flower leach liquorleaf leach liquorstem leach liquorroot leach liquor. The comparison of the germination rate and germination potential of perennation Lolium perenne seeds after treated by Salvia splendens leach liquor showed that the treatment effect of root leach liquor was the best. Furthermore, different volume fraction leaf leach liquor treatment was superior to the stem leach liquor. The flower leach liquor was the worst.
