摘 要:以精刨竹碎料为原料,制备阻燃竹碎料板和未阻燃竹碎料板,并采用锥形量热仪检测其阻燃性能。结果表明:阻燃竹碎料板的热释放速率、总热释放量、有效燃烧热和质量损失速率明显降低,而点燃时间、炭生成量明显增加,证明阻燃竹碎料板有较好的阻燃性能。The fire-retardant bamboo particleboard and non-fire-retardant bamboo particleboard were manufactured using bamboo particles of precise shaving processing as raw materials. Their fire-retardant properties were tested using a cone calorimeter. The results showed that the heat release rate(HRR) and total heat release( THR) and effective heat of combustion( EHC) and time to ignite( TTI) of the fire-retardant bamboo particleboard were more lower than these properties of non-fire-retardant bamboo particleboard; but its time to ignite( TTI) and char yield were more higher than that of non-fire-retardant bamboo particleboard; the fire-retardant bamboo particleboard had better fire-resistant properties.
