摘　　要：介绍了山西省科技基础条件平台建设项目的现状和特点,通过调研国家及各省市的平台认定考核的情况,制定出适合山西省科技基础条件平台项目认定考核的总体原则,建立了山西省科技基础条件平台认定考核指标体系。This paper introduces the current status and features of the construction project of the sci-tech infrastructure platform of Shanxi Province, and through surveying the situation of the affirmation and assessment of the platforms of the state and various provinces and cities, works out the general principle suitable for the affirmation and assessment of the project of Shanxi＇s sci-tech infrastructure platform, and establishes the affirmation and assessment index system for the sci-tech infrastructure platform of Shanxi Province.
