摘　　要：以翔实的数据,阐述了山西省2010—2014年财政科技拨款现状,并提出了确保山西省财政科技拨款稳定增长的若干建议。By using the detailed data, this paper expounds the current situation of Shanxi＇s financial allocation for sci-tech in the period of 2010—2014, and puts forward some suggestions on guaranteeing the steady growth of Shanxi＇s financial allocation for sci-tech.
