摘　　要：从多元经济角度出发,阐述了目前机车的管理经营模式,针对机车经营管理工作中存在的难点,提出了提升机车管理水平、创新经营管理模式、实现机车经营效益最大化的措施。From multiple economic perspectives, this paper expounds the current management mode of locomotive, and in the light of the difficult points in locomotive＇s management, puts forward some measures for promoting the management level of locomotive, innovating the management mode, and realizing the benefit maximization of locomotive operation.
