摘　　要：塔斯马尼亚州(以下简称塔州)是澳大利亚东南端的一个独立海岛,境内矿产资源丰富,特别是有经济意义的锡资源占澳大利亚全国75%以上。在全球锡资源日益稀缺的情形下,未来塔州的锡资源开发潜力巨大。我国云南锡业集团是最早参与塔州锡资源开发的中国企业,获得50%的雷尼森贝尔矿权益,另取得境内数个探矿权,积累了丰富的国际项目运作经验。本文通过对塔州现有锡资源项目的详细介绍,展望其锡资源开发潜力,指出中国相关企业的未来合作方向。Tasmania is an Australian independent island, rich in mineral resources, especially its proven economic significance of tin resources across Australia accounted for more than 75%. In the global tin resources increasingly scarce circumstances, future resource development tin Tasmania has great potential. China＇s Yunnan Tin Company is the first to participate in Tasmania tin resource development of Chinese enterprises to obtain 50% interest of Renison Bell mine, and the other has made a number of exploration territory, also accumulated rich experience in the operation of international projects. Chinese enterprisesneed to further clarify the status of tin resource when participate in developing Tasmania tin resources. Based on the existing tin resources of Tasmania detailed description of the project, its tin resources development potential prospects, pointing out possible directions for the future of Chinese enterprises involved in the development cooperation.
