摘　　要：本文主要分析了凸轮制件的精冲工艺,并设计出排样,选择了压力机与精冲力计算方式,明确精冲模具与凸凹模间隙工作刃口的圆角;然后设计精冲复合的模具结构,同时对精冲的模具工作部件与材料的热处理规范性进行合理选择,从而设计出齿圈压板的结构。This paper mainly analyses the CAM the fine blanking process of parts, and design the layout, select the press with force calculation, clear fine blanking die with intensive work clearance of blade rounded; Then design of fine blanking compound die structure, the working parts of die and material of fine blanking heat treatment of normative reasonable choice, to design the structure of the gear ring clamp.
