摘　　要：大型钢结构焊接过程中产生焊接变形的主要原因在于焊接区域的应力作用和局部收缩,钢结构的施工进度、安装要求、尺寸精度等都会受到焊接变形的影响。本文首先对焊接变形的机理和影响因素进行了分析,并针对大型钢结构焊接变形提出了具体的控制方法,并对如何减少焊接应力提供了几项具体措施。during the process of large steel structure welding stress of the welding deformation is the main reasons for regional and local contraction, the steel structure of the construction schedule, installation requirements and dimensional accuracy will be affected by welding deformation. This paper the mechanism and influencing factors of welding deformation are analyzed, and puts forward concrete for large steel structure welding deformation control method, and on how to reduce welding stress provides several specific measures.
