摘  要:杭州奥体博览中心主体育场钢结构罩棚由空间管桁架和弦支网壳组成,具有造型独特、结构形式多样、悬挑跨度大等特点.基于ANSYS有限元分析软件,本文采用生死单元法对该钢结构安装进行数值模拟,研究了结构安装过程对结构内力及变形的影响;采用约束方程法对临时支撑架卸载进行了模拟分析,同时对卸载过程中的意外工况进行了敏感性分析.分析结果表明,施工过程对结构内力及变形的影响不可忽略,验证了安装方案安全可靠;卸载分析数据表明约束方程法能够准确模拟卸载行程的控制,确保卸载方案满足卸载要求.通过以上计算分析可以确保空间管桁架的安装精度,保证施工过程的安全性和经济性,也可为同类大型钢结构建筑的施工提供参考.Steel structure for the main stadium of Hangzhou Olympic Sports and Expo Center is composed of spatial tubular truss and suspen-dome lattice structure.In this paper,the technology of life and death method based on ANSYS is used to analyze installation of the steel structure.By analyzing mechanical state of the structure,reasonable suggestion is given for construction of the steel structure.Furthermore,the constraint equation method is used to analyze the process of removing temporary supports in structure construction.A reliable unloading scheme is chosen by multi-scheme analysis,and structural response during unloading process is provided to guide the actual construction.Sensitivity analysis of accidental condition is conducted in order to control the whole process.Analysis results indicate that,the analysis methods are accurate and effective,and construction and unloading scheme are safe and reliable.Analysis methods can be used to analyze construction and unloading process for similar large span steel structures.
