老年结肠透析患者中药灌肠保留时间的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的：了解老年结肠透析患者中药灌肠的保留时间及其影响因素。方法采取方便抽样的方法抽取103名老年慢性肾脏病行结肠透析的患者进行调查,内容包括患者个人资料、结肠透析相关资料和灌肠相关资料,同时抽取50名非老年结肠透析患者进行对照。结果老年结肠透析患者灌肠保留时间平均（56.99±26.91）min,灌肠保留时间短于对照组（93.58±37.31）min,两者对比有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。标准回归系数的数据表明,对灌肠保留时间的影响从大到小依次为：年龄、灌肠体位和有无腹泻、灌肠后卧床休息。结论医护人员应该关注老年结肠透析患者灌肠保留时间的各种影响因子,以最优的卫生资源应用到不同需求的患者中。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of traditional Chinese medicine enema retention time in elderly patients with colon dialysis. Methods A total of 103 elderly patients with chronic kidney disease were investigated, including personal information, colon dialysis information and enema data, and sampled 50 non colonic dialysis elderly patients as control group. Results The average retention enema time of elderly patients was （ 56. 99 ± 26. 91） min, shorter than that of the control group （93. 58 ± 37. 31） min, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0. 05 ） . The standard regression coefficient data showed that the effects on the enema retention time from large to small were as follows：age, body posture, diarrhea, bed rest after enema. Conclusions Medical personnel should pay more attention to the influencing factors of enema retention time in elderly patients with colon dialysis, and the best health resources should be applied to the patients with different demands.
