林蛙油化学成分及药理作用研究

摘　　要：目的归纳总结目前文献报道有关林蛙油有效成分及药理作用的研究概况,为林蛙油进一步开发和利用提供参考。方法通过查阅搜集已发表的各类文献中对于林蛙油的研究内容,总结出林蛙油的有效成分及药理作用。结果林蛙油主要成分是蛋白质、脂肪酸、糖类、维生素、微量元素等多种化学活性成分,具有增加机体免疫功能、抗氧化、抗疲劳、抗衰老和镇咳祛痰等多种药理活性。结论林蛙油主要用于治疗病后体虚或消耗性疾病、更年期综合征、骨质疏松症、咳嗽等疾病。Objective To generalize and summarize the research on effective constituents and biological activity of Oviductus Ranae in the current report in the literature,providing references to the further development and utilization of it. Methods There were many reports of effective constituents and biological activity of Oviductus Ranae,through checking and collecting the contents of effective constituents and biological activity of Oviductus Ranae in various reported literatures,we have summarized effective constituents and biological activity of Oviductus Ranae. Results The main components of Oviductus Ranae components are protein,fatty acids,saccharides and trace elements Vitamin and other chemical active ingredients. The results were as following. It can increase the immunity of the body and antioxidant,anti fatigue,anti-ageing,antitussive,expectorant and other pharmacological activity. Conclusion Oviductus Ranae mainly used for the treatment of weak constitution after disease or wasting disease,menopausal syndrome,osteoporosis,cough and other diseases and so on.
