卧位旋牵推拿治疗寰枢关节紊乱综合征

摘　　要：目的探讨卧位旋牵推拿法治疗寰枢关节紊乱综合征的临床疗效及作用机理。方法将60例寰枢关节紊乱综合征患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。治疗组采用放松类手法加卧位旋牵法治疗;对照组仅使用放松类手法治疗。2个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90.00%,明显优于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卧位旋牵法治疗寰枢关节紊乱综合征可解除肌肉紧张,松解黏连,纠正寰枢关节紊乱,恢复患者活动功能。Objective Proving the clinical effects of a massage manipulation which is called rotational maneuver of the supine position,when it is used for cure the syndrome of articulatio atlantoepistrophic disorder,discuss the mechanism of this process. Method The patients are dividing to treatment group and control group randomly. Treatment group：The patients are treated by relaxing technique and rotational maneuver of the supine position,Control group： The patients are only treated by relaxing technique. After two courses of treatment,observed the curative effect. Result The effective rate of treatment group is 90. 00%. And the control group is 73. 33%. Treatment group is ahead of control group obviously. Conclusion The rotational maneuver of the supine position have a obvious curative effect to the syndrome of articulatio atlantoepistrophic disorder
