摘　　要：目的观察旋提手法联合热敷散治疗非脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将符合标准的非脊髓型颈椎病65例患者采用旋提手法联合热敷散进行治疗,分别在治疗前、后采用VAS疼痛数字评分表与颈椎病临床疗效评分表对患者的临床症状、体征进行评估,观察临床症状、体征的改善情况,并做统计学处理。结果剔除2例,实际观察63例,治疗结束后VAS疼痛数字评分与颈椎病临床疗效评分均较治疗前有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率98.4%。结论旋提手法联合热敷散治疗非脊髓型颈椎病,能松解软组织黏连,改善软组织损伤,正骨复位,解除压迫,改善患者生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effects of rotation-traction manipulation combined Refu San therapy of non-cervical spondylotic myelopathy. Methods Using rotation-traction manipulation combined Refu San therapy of meeting the criteria for 65 cases of non-cervical spondylosis myelopathy patient,and assessing the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with visual analogue scale（ VAS） and clinical assessment scale for cervical spondylotsis（ CASCS） in the treatment of anterior and posterior. To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms,signs and statistical processing. Results Removed in 2 cases,actually observation of 63 cases. VAS and CASCS after the end of therapy than before treatment had significant statistical differences（ P〈0. 05）,and total effective rate is 98. 4%. Conclusion Rotation-traction manipulation combined Refu San therapy of non-cervical spondylotic myelopathy can significantly reduce the clinical symptms and signs of patients and improve patient＇s quality of life.
