热熨疗法对剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨促进剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复的有效措施。方法将行剖宫产术的240例产妇随机分为治疗组和对照组,各120例,对照组给予常规护理和健康指导,治疗组采用中西医结合护理方案,在对照组的护理基础上,于术后2 h采用吴茱萸加小茴香热熨脐部神阙穴,2次/d,30 min/次,共热熨3 d。观察2组产妇术后肠鸣音恢复正常时间、术后首次肛门排气时间和首次排便时间。结果治疗组术后肠鸣音恢复正常时间、术后首次肛门排气时间和首次排便时间均早于对照组,差异无统计学意义。结论吴茱萸小茴香热熨神阙穴可以有效促进剖宫产术后胃肠功能的恢复。Objective To explore the effective measures that enable to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients after the cesarean section. Methods The puerperas who received the cesarean section are randomly divided into two groups,namely treatment group and control group. Members in the treatment group received normal nursing and health guidance while members in the control group took the case combining traditional Chinese medicine with Western medicine. For the latter,the Shenque acupoint in each individual＇s navel was fomented by both evodia and cumin two hours after the cesarean section. This fomentation continued twice a day and thirty minutes each time during three days. Then observe the time that the bowel sound returned normal,the first time of flatus and defecation after the operation for each patient in the two groups respectively. Results The time that the bowel sound returned normal,the first time of flatus and defecation after the operation of treatment group members all emerged earlier than those of control group members. The comparison is significantly different in a statistical way. Conclusion It is effective that the recovery of gastrointestinal function of patients could be promoted by fomenting the Shenque acupoint with evodia and cumin after the cesarean section.
