摘 要:目的调查中医院校医学实习生职业倦怠的现状,从情绪能力自我效能感的视角尝试分析该群体职业倦怠的成因。方法利用中国工作倦怠量表CMBI对328名医学专业及非医学专业学生进行测试,回收后进行检查,剔除不合格问卷后保留有效问卷289份,问卷中情感耗竭和人格解体2个分量表采用正向计分法,而个人成就感降低分量表则采用负向计分法,以耗竭分数≥25、人格解体分数≥11、成就感降低分数≥16作为临界值进行统计。结果 1)受试者中70.9%的实习生具有不同程度的职业倦怠;2)受试男生与女生出现职业倦怠的比例无明显差异;3)非医学专业实习生与医学专业的实习生发生职业倦怠的比例差异有统计学意义,医学生职业倦怠发生率较高;4)实习时长>6个月者发生职业倦怠的比例明显增高。结论医学实习生是一个容易产生职业倦怠的特殊群体,其工作倦怠问题不容忽视,学校及教学医院应给予足够重视并采取积极措施加以干预。Objective To investigate the present situation of occupation burnout of medical interns in the College of traditional Chinese medicine,try to analyze the causes of job burnout emotional groups from the perspective of self-efficacy. Methods A total of 328 college students were investigated and assessed by Chinese job burnout scale( CMBI),the effective questionnaires were 289 after the inspection and rejecting unqualified ones. questionnaire in emotional exhaustion and depersonalization of two subscales using forward scoring method,and reduced personal accomplishment subscales with negative scoring method,to exhaustion scores ≥ 25,depersonalization scores≥11,reduced personal accomplishment scores≥ 16 as the critical value for statistical. Results 1) subjects 70. 9% of the interns surfer from different degree of job burnout. 2) with the proportion of boys to girls' job burnout has no obvious difference; 3) Non-medical professional internship with professional medical interns job burnout difference was statistically significant,the proportion of the medical students with a greater incidence of job burnout; 4) when the time of internship more than 6 months will induce to more job burnout. Conclusion medical students is a special group that prone to suffer from job burnout,this problem can not be ignored,enough attention should be given by college and the training hospitals and take active measures to intervene this problem.
