摘 要:制备水灰比为0.45、灰砂比1:2.5,外掺0%、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%不同粘度的纤维素醚的改性水泥砂浆。通过测定水泥砂浆的力学性能及微观形貌观察,研究HEMC对改性水泥砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度、粘结强度的影响规律。研究结果表明:随着HEMC掺量的增加,改性砂浆在不同龄期的抗压强度不断降低,且降低的幅度不断减小并趋于平缓;在掺入相同掺量的纤维素醚时,不同粘度纤维素醚改性砂浆的抗压强度为:HEMC20<HEMC10<HEMC5。纤维素醚改性砂浆的抗折强度随HEMC掺量的增加逐渐降低。随纤维素醚聚合度的增加,改性砂浆粘结强度变化为:HEMC20>HEMC10>HEMC5。Preparation cement mortar modified with cellulose ether by water cement ratio of 0.45, cement-sand ratio of 1:2.5 and different viscosity cellulose ether of 0%, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%and 1.0%. In this paper, the laws of compressive strength, flexural strength and bond strength of cement mortar modified with HEMC was studied by measuring the mechanical properties and observing microstructure. The research results show that:with the increase of HEMC content, mortar compressive strength at different ages decreased, and reduced amplitude gradually de?creased and tended to steadily;when blended the same amount of different viscosity of cellulose ethers, the compres?sive strength of the modified cement mortar is as follows: HEMC20<HEMC10<HEMC5. The flexural strength of modified mortar decreased gradually with the increase of HEMC content. As degree of polymerization of the cellu?lose ether increase, the change of bond strength of the modified cement mortar is as follows:HEMC 20>HEMC10>HEMC5.
