摘　　要：目的观察碱性成纤维细胞因子凝胶对单极电刀电凝扁桃体切除术后,扁桃体窝创面的愈合及患者疼痛减轻作用的效果观察。方法将行双侧扁桃体切除术患者共32人,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组术后一次性均匀涂抹重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶21 000 U/5g。结果两组在创面白膜形成时间、创面愈合的情况无差异;而白膜完全胶落时间及术后疼痛评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶于电刀电凝扁桃体摘除术后的创面,证实能有促进创面愈合,减轻患者术后疼效痛,值得推广。Objective To observe the effects of basic fibroblast growth factor gel on the wound healing of tosillar and alleviating postoperative painprognosis of tonsillectomy with electrocoagulation by monopolarelectric knife. Methods 32 patients who were admitted to our hospital forbilateral tonsillectomy due to chronic tonsillitis or tonsillar hypertrophy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. After operation,the treatment group was daubed evenly with 21 000 U /5g of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel. Results The time of wound albuginea formation,healing condition of the wounds,the time of albuginea complete detachment and pain scores at 24 h,48h and 72 h after the operation were compared between these two groups. Results show that the difference of the time of albuginea complete detachment and pain scores after the operation are statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The basic fibroblast growth factor gel can promote the healing of wounds caused by tonsillectomy with electrocoagulation by monopolar electric knife and alleviate postoperative pain,which is worth being widespread.
