新活素对急性心肌梗死急诊介入术患者左房容积指数及预后的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察新活素对急性心肌梗死行急诊介入术患者左房容积指数及预后的影响。方法:选择入住CCU的78例确诊为急性心梗行急诊介入术的患者,随机分为常规治疗组(40例)和常规治疗加新活素组(38例)。观察两组患者治疗前、术后1周、术后1个月NTpro BNP、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左房容积指数(LAVI)、心电图等变化,记录新发房颤率及心衰再住院率。结果:1两组患者术后1周、1个月NT-pro BNP较治疗前下降,LVEF升高;与常规治疗组相比,新活素治疗组患者治疗效果更明显,LAVI水平下降更显著,房颤发生率和心衰再住院率更低(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,采用新活素降低和改善急性心肌梗死经急诊介入术患者左房容积指数的效果优于单纯常规治疗。Objective: To investigate effects of Lrh- BNP on left atrial volume index and prognosis in patients with acute myocardial infarction after primary percutaneous coronary intervention. Methods: Seventy- eight patients with acute myocardial infarction after primary percutaneous coronary intervention stay in CCU were randomly divided into routine therapy group( 40 cases,treated with routine therapy) and Lrh- BNP group( 38 cases,treated with Lrh- BNP based on routine). NT- pro BNP,left ventricular ejection fraction( LVEF),left atrial volume index( LAVI),electrocardiogram( ECG) changes before and 1 week and 1 month after the treatment were observed. Incidences of atrial fibrillation and heart failure hospitalization rates were recorded. Results:( 1) NT- pro BNP levels were lower,while LEVFs were higher of the two groups 1 week and 1 month after the treatment than those before the treatment.Compared with those of routine therapy group,the treatment effects of Lrh- BNP group were more significant,the incidence of atrial fibrillation and the re- hospitalization rate decreased more significantly( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: Lrh- BNP based on the routine therapy has a significant effect on reducing and improving the left atrial volume index for the patients with acute myocardial infarction after primary percutaneous coronary intervention than the single routine therapy.
