摘　　要：半夏厚朴汤是临床用于治疗梅核气(慢性咽炎)的常用方剂,半夏厚朴汤证病机传统认为是肝郁气滞。本文从多角度分析半夏厚朴汤证的病机,从临床表现看,其病机为思虑过度,气机结滞;从心理学角度分析,则属于无故多思,长久处于一种思虑过度状态;其脉象特点主要是:动、来缓去疾、脉内曲、细、敛、直。Banxia Houpu decoction is used in clinical treatment of globus hysterious （chronic pharyngitis ） commonly used formula,Banxia Houpu decoction’s pathogenesis is considered by the traditional is liver Qi stagnation. This article analyzes the pathogenesis of Banxia Houpu decoction syndromes from multiple per-spectives. From the clinical manifestations ,its pathogenesis is over anxiety and qi stagnation;From the psy-chology angle,the pathogenesis is thinking too much without reason and in a state of contemplation over a long time;The main characteristics of pulse condition is still,slow coming and fast going,in-turn,thin,astring-ing and straight.
