摘　　要：通过现场安装试验,总结出隧道内棘轮补偿装置水平安装的4个施工要点:施工测量的准确性、棘轮底座的水平度调整、导向滑轮的高度调整、棘轮小轮补偿绳调整。在施工过程中,通过精确控制这4个施工要点,可保证棘轮补偿装置水平安装一次到位,质量符合设计要求。By trial installation on site, we summarized four key points about the horizontal installation of tunnel tension device with ratchet wheel： accuracy of construction survey, levelness adjustment of ratchet wheel bracket, height adjustment of support pulley and compensate rope adjustment of balance pulley. As long as make sure the accurate control of these four key points above, the installation work of tunnel horizontal tensioning device with ratchet wheel could be done by one time and satisfy the quality of design requirement.
