摘　　要：针对国家推出的火电厂脱硫特许经营试点工作,开展进行了特许经营生产运营相关实践工作,在管理理念、运行体制、规模化发展、技术研发等方面提出具体措施,提高了火电厂脱硫设施的生产运营管理和减排管理工作水平,对国家开展节能减排工作具有一定的借鉴意义。In the opportunity of the national desulfurization franchise of the thermal power plant,the Beijing guodian longyuan environmental engineering company limited firmly took the strategic chance of national energy conservation and emission reduction,and have energetically taken practice of the operation of desulphurization franchise,and have made some innovation in management idea,operation system,scale development,technology research and development,and have improved the level in operating management and emission reduction of the thermal power plant desulphurization facilities. The issue is very positive to carry out the national energy conservation and emission reduction.
