摘  要:目前300 MW及以上机组在发电机机端出口装有3组固体绝缘的电压互感器,由环氧树脂及固化剂固化成型,在生产过程中,由于工艺等原因,灌装的环氧树脂间难免会有气隙存在,随着运行时间的增加,局部放电量逐步增大,最终会导致绝缘击穿发生匝间短路或接地故障。国电集团内发电厂由于发电机出口电压互感器绝缘缺陷,引起过多台机组跳机,因此应加强发电机出口电压互感器的交接及预防性试验,加强其绝缘监督工作,以保证机组的安全稳定运行。Currently 3 sets of solid insulation potential transformers,which contain epoxy resin and curing agents,are installed at the generator outlet terminals on 300 MW and above generating units. During the manufacturing process,due to technical and craft reasons,it is inevitable there will be air gaps among the fillings of epoxy resin. The amount of partial discharge gradually increases with the unit operation continuing,therefore eventually leads to insulation breakdown and causes inter-turn short circuit or ground fault. There have been some cases of unit tripping caused by such PT insulation defects in power plants of China Guodian Cooperation. Therefore,handover and preventative tests of generator outlet terminal PT as well as the insulation supervision work should be strengthened to ensure unit operations safe and stable.
