重组人表皮生长因子面膜在强脉冲光治疗面部雀斑中的应用

摘　　要：目的:评价重组人表皮生长因子面膜(EGF面膜)应用于IPL治疗面部雀斑的有效性和安全性。方法:60例患者随机分为两组,实验组30例,IPL治疗后立即使用EGF面膜,治疗后1周,每天1次,每次持续20min;对照组30例,治疗后做常规护理。分别记录治疗后即刻、治疗后1d、治疗后3d,治疗后1周患者的VAS评分、患者满意度,医生满意度指标。结果:实验组治疗后即刻、治疗后1dVAS评分显著低于对照组,患者及医生满意度在各时段均高于对照组。结论:EGF面膜可以减少IPL治疗面部雀斑术后疼痛,增强治疗效果,且减少了激光治疗后不良反应的发生几率。Objective:Evaluate the efficacy and safety to apply rhEGF mask to the treatment of facial freckles with IPL.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases for experimental group,were treated with rhEGF mask immediately after IPL treatment and keep applying it once a day in the following week after treatment,and 20 minutes each time;the 30 cases in control group received routine care after treatment.Record Patients' VAS scores,patients' satisfaction and physicians' satisfaction index at the time after treatment,1day,3days and 1week later after treatment.Results:The VAS score of experimental group at the time after treatment and 1day later after treatment were significantly lower than that in the control group.And patients' and the physicians' satisfaction indexes in experimental group in each period were higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:EGF mask can relieve postoperative pain after IPL treatment for facial freckles,improve treatment effect,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
