辛基磷酸酯钠盐在废纸脱墨中的应用

摘　　要：研究了 10种表面活性剂和由它们组成的多组分表面活性剂的脱墨性能 ,从中选出了 3种表面活性剂组成的脱墨剂。结果表明 ,辛基磷酸酯钠盐 (SOP)在洗涤法脱墨中有显著的作用。当m(SOP)∶m〔聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚羧酸盐 (SEAC)〕∶m〔壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚 (TX - 10 )〕 =3∶1∶2时 ,用量为 0 6 % ,NaOH用量为 2 % ,Na2 SiO3 用量为 3% (对绝干废纸 ) ,碎浆温度 6 5℃ ,碎浆时间 2 0min ,脱墨浆白度可提高 6 2 1%。The deinking properties of 10 kinds of surfactants and the multicomponent surfactants composed of them were studied,and a deinking agent consisting of 3 kinds of surfactants was chosen.The results showed that sodium octyl phospate (SOP) had marked activation effect on waste newspaper deinking.When ratio of SOP to SO-15 to TX-10 was 3∶1∶2,dosages of surfactants,NaOH and H 2O 2 were 0 6%,2% and 3% respectively (all based on the weight of oven dried pulp),treated at 65 ℃ for 20 min,the brightness of the pulp increased by 6 21%.
