药物联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的 :研究注射曲安奈德并口服羟苯磺酸钙联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿的疗效。方法:将糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿86例(122眼)患者随机分为单纯激光光凝治疗组(对照组)和药物联合激光光凝治疗组(联合组),两组患者均给予激光治疗,联合组患者还同时给予曲安奈德玻璃体内注射且口服羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察疗效。结果:联合组患者手术3个月后的视力提高明显高于对照组(P<0.05),联合组黄斑水肿改善情况明显高于对照组(P<0.05),联合组治疗后并发症发生率与对照组无区别。结论:药物联合激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变黄斑水肿不仅减轻患者症状,同时并发症少,手术后视力恢复好。Objective：To study the effect of triamcinolone acetonide intravitreal injection and oral administration of calcium dobesilate combined with laser photocoagulation for treatment of diabetic macular edema.Methods：86cases（122eyes）diabetic macular edema patients were randomly divided into laser photocoagulation treatment group（control group）and drug combined with laser photocoagulation treatment group（combined group）,two groups were treated with laser therapy,combined group were also given triamcinolone acetonide intravitreal injection and oral administration of calcium treatment,check vision,Results ：The combined group of patients＇ visual acuity was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）3months after the operation,combined group＇s improvement of macular edema was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the incidence rate of complications had no difference between combined treatment group and control group.Conclusion：The drug combined with laser photocoagulation for diabetic macular edema is not only alleviate the symptoms of the patients,at the same time,reduce the rate of complications,achieve good recovery of visual acuity.
