摘　　要：加强农村基层社会治安综合治理的政府责任机制建设,这样将有助于政府加强农村基层社会治安综合治理责任的制度化、规范化和法治化发展,要通过加紧完善政府加强农村基层社会治安综合治理的体制机制建设来创新农村基层社会治安综合治理责任生成机制、创新农村基层社会治安综合治理责任管理机制,通过体制机制创新可以规范政府加强农村基层社会治安综合治理的权责,保证政府加强农村基层社会治安综合治理责任运行机制之间的顺畅关系。In the new international and domestic situation, the responsibility of the government is a magic weapon to strengthen the comprehensive management of the rural grass-roots society and promote the modernization of the rural grass-roots social governance. In the process to strengthen the comprehensive management of the rural grass-roots society and promote the modernization of the rural grass-roots social governance, the government should not fear to face the reality, and must have the courage to bear the responsibility of government. It is a orderly development to promote comprehensive rural grass-roots social governance, and can realize the credibility of the government and improve the good image of the government.Strengthen the responsibility of the government to promote the modernization of the rural grass-roots social governance, it is the key to strengthen the comprehensive management of the rural grass-roots society and promote the modernization of the rural grass-roots social governance.
