摘　　要：受境内外多种因素影响,我国毒品问题在一段时期内仍处于上升活跃和蔓延加重期。目前我国消费海洛因的绝大部分和冰毒片剂的相当部分来自"金三角"地区,"金三角"毒品问题对我国家安全造成极大影响。导致我国吸毒人数上升,制贩毒活动猖狂,毒品问题一定程度上影响了党和政府的威信和执政能力,严重影响国民经济发展和我国构建和谐社会目标的实现,严重威胁边疆稳定和民族团结,影响我国的国际形象以及与有关国家的关系,同时也阻碍着我国"一带一路"战略的实施。Because of the influence of environment and some other various factors, China＇s drug problem within a period of time is still in active and spread rapidly. At present, China＇s consumption of heroin and most of methamphetamine tablets is from a considerable part of the ＂Golden Triangle＂area, and the＂Golden Triangle＂drug problem on China＇s national security caused great influence. The number of drug addicts is rising, drug trafficking rampant, and drug problems, to a certain extent, affect the prestige of the party and the government and ruling ability, seriously affect the development of the national economy and the construction of the realization of the goal of harmonious society, serious threat the stability in border areas and national unity,affect China＇s international image and relations with the countries concerned, and also hinder the implementation of China＇s strategy of‘One Belt and One Road＇.
