摘　　要：轨道式铁钻工旋扣钳是一种旋扣工具,其工作原理是能夹持钻杆本体高速旋转,旋转时带动钻杆整体快速旋上或卸开接头螺纹,它和冲扣钳组合在一起构成了井口机械化工具—"轨道式铁钻工"。文中对轨道式铁钻工旋扣钳的结构、工作原理、技术参数、液压控制原理、电气控制系统及运动仿真等作了详尽的阐述。并结合现场的试验情况阐明了旋扣钳的结构参数设计合理,整体性能先进,布局紧凑,整体安装、拆卸及维护都很方便。同时也指出了该设计为油田工作者带来的好处。Track iron roughneck is a winding tool, its work principle is that joint thread of drill-pipes are screwed on or screwed off when spinner wrench rotated speedily. Torque wrench and spinner wrench are combined into track iron roughneck, which is a wellhead mechanical tool. This paper illustrates characters of spinner wrench, such as spinner construction, wrench principle, technical parameter, hydraulic control principle, electrical control system, motion emulation of spinner wrench project etc. A lot of characters of spinner wrench are introduced such as suitable parameter,advanced function, compact structure layout, installation and disassembly of structure and maintenance according to test result of spinner wrench on spot yard of BOMCO. Meanwhile we introduce the benefit for oilfield worker about the spinner wrench.
