摘  要:天津高银117大厦新型抗侧移模块化低位顶升钢平台模架体系具有支撑立柱高,可同时进行钢板剪力墙全工艺流程竖向流水施工,抵抗风致侧移能力强等独特优点。首先基于项目概况及核心筒特点,确定了顶模体系功能分区;然后重点从支撑与顶升系统、钢平台系统、挂架及安全防护系统、模板系统4个方面,系统介绍了天津高银117大厦新型抗侧移模块化低位顶升钢平台模架体系的设计情况;最后,设计并应用了一种抵抗风致侧移装置,大大提高了模块化低位顶升钢平台模架体系的稳定性及安全性。The new modularized low-position jacking steel platform formwork system with lateral displacement resistance in Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building has the advantages of high supporting column which can carry out vertical flow repetitive construction of all the technological processes of steel plate shear wall,the good ability to resist wind-induced lateral displacement and so on. Based on the general situation of the project and the characteristics of core tube,function partition of jacking formwork system is determined firstly. Then,the design of new modularized low-position jacking steel platform formwork system with lateral displacement resistance in Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building is introduced from four aspects: Support and jacking system,steel platform system,rack safeguard system and formwork system. Finally,a device to resist wind-induced lateral displacement which can greatly increase stability and stability and security of the modularized low-position jacking steel platform formwork system is designed and applied implemented in Tianjin Gaoyin 117 Building.
