摘  要:大跨度空间预应力柔性钢结构M形屋架结构体系庞大,定位关系复杂,施工难度大,整体是搁置在2个结构单体上,连接节点种类繁多,大跨度主钢管空间位置较为复杂,每榀主管倾斜角度均有变化,主钢管定位完毕后还需对拉杆进行预应力张拉,整个施工过程中对定位放线、构件吊装、预应力张拉等工序都提出了更高要求。通过多个工程的应用,施工过程中减少了钢管扣件等周转材料的投入量,大大节约了施工成本,同时该方法施工过程灵活方便,提高了施工效率,缩短了施工工期,响应了绿色施工的要求,取得了良好的社会效益。The large-span prestressed flexible space steel structure for M-type roof has huge structure system,also the relationship of positioning and construction were complex,the whole body of the structure was sustained by two structures,and there were many different kinds of connected nodes,meanwhile,the space position of large span main steel tube is complicated. Each truss of main tube changes the angle,after positioning for the main tube,it needs stretch draw for the steel tie rod. On the whole procedure,we should pay more attention to the positioning,lifting and the prestressed tensioning.Through some engineering applications,it reduced the inventory turnover of material such as steel fasteners,also,it promoted efficiency and cost savings,and the period of the construction was shortened,as a response to the demand of green construction,the method achieved favorable social benefits.
