摘 要:采用30mm弹道炮研究了点火药量对内弹道性能及内弹道循环时间的影响。结果表明:在低温条件下随着点火药量的增加炮口初速和膛内压力增长较为明显,常温和高温增长幅度可忽略;当辅助点火药药量增加到300mg,出现了低温膛压明显高于常温膛压的现象;在相同的点火药量条件下,随着温度的升高内弹道循环时间变短,随着发射药表面钝感剂含量的增加常温内弹道循环时间变长;相同温度条件下,随着点火药量的增加内弹道循环时间变短,但当点火药量超过一定量后继续增加将起不到明显改善点火的作用。The influence of ignition powder mass on the interior ballistic performance and the interior ballistic circulating time in the 30 mm caliber gun was investigated. The result show that at-40℃, both the pressure and the muzzle velocity increase by increasing the mass of ignition powder, while at 20℃ and 50℃, the effects of ignition powder mass on the muzzle velocity and pressure are small. Under high addition ignition powder mass(300mg) condition, abnormal interior ballistic performance appears at low temperature(-40℃), the pressure is higher than that at normal temperature(20℃). At the same mass of ignition powder, the ignition time is shortened by increasing the temperature or decreasing the concentration of insensitive agent. At the same temperature, the ignition time is shortened with the increase of ignition powder mass, but the change is small, when the ignition powder increase to certain amount.
