摘 要:丁醇聚醚性能主要由与引发剂烷氧基直接相连的基团种类 (EO或PO)决定 ,而不是末端嵌段类型。与无规聚醚相比 ,PO嵌段与丁氧基相连的全嵌段聚醚BPE的润湿速度、乳化力、泡沫消失速度和凝固点分别提高 30倍、1倍、4倍和 36℃ ,浊点、表面张力、形成泡沫高度和热稳定性分别降低 32 5℃、8 2mN/m、1 5倍和 5 5 %。聚醚分子链中EO和PO单元集中并形成嵌段 ,集中程度的提高 ,PO的集中以及PO嵌段与引发剂烷氧基直接相连 ,都可以提高聚醚的润湿速度、乳化力、凝固点和流动温度 ,降低浊点、表面张力。Properties of butyl copolyethers depend mostly on the kind of block (EO or PO) connecting with alkoxyl rather than the kind of end block.Compared with random copolyethers,the wetting ability,emulsifying power,foam disappearing rate and solidifying temperature of block copolyethers BPE with PO block connecting to butoxyl group increase respectively by 30 times,1 time,4 times and 36 ℃,meanwhile the cloud point,surface tension,foaming ability and heat stability decrease by 32 5 ℃,8 2 mN/m,1 5 times and 55% respectively.With aggregation of EO and PO units in the block,formation of longer block and highly aggregated PO unit,and connection of alkoxyl with the PO block,wetting ability,emulsifying power,flowing temperature and solidifying temperature of copolyethers increase,and cloud point,surface tension,foaming ability and heat stability decrease.
