摘 要:基于最小自由能法计算了镁粉/聚四氟乙烯/氟橡胶(MTV)体系反应产物以及绝热反应温度,分析了VITON含量、MT比例、空气以及环境压力对MTV体系绝热反应温度和产物的影响。研究结果表明:VITON的引入对反应体系影响较小;在MT体系中,镁粉含量约35%时绝热反应温度最高;随着MTV体系中参与反应的空气量增加,绝热反应温度逐渐降低,空气质量分数为50%时达到最低,之后略有上升;随着环境压力的上升,绝热反应温度增大,对产物的影响较小。In this paper, the adiabatic reaction temperature and reaction product of MTV system were calculated based on minimum flee energy, and the effects of V/TON content, the MTV ratio, the air content and the ambient pressure on the temperature and reaction product were analyzed. The study indicated that the V/TON content has the slightly influence on the temperature and reaction product, in the MT system, when the content of Mg is about 35%, this system has the highest temperature. With the increase of air content in MTV system, the temperature is decreased, and become the lowest when the air content is about 50%, then slightly rises. The adiabatic reaction temperature is increased with the rise of ambient pressure, and the ambient pressure has slightly influence on reaction product.
