摘 要:研究生毕业同等学力申请硕士学位教育经历了成长、回落、复兴三个阶段,至今已规范化发展了17年。2016年,在职人员攻读硕士专业学位考试与全国硕士研究生统一考试并轨,这既是同等学力教育改革的机遇,也是挑战。同等学力教育应向终身化、社会化、共生化定位发展,并围绕统考学科覆盖、授予学位范围、学习年限、论文审核、考试限制、考试次数和分数线划定等方面开展改革。The education of graduate equivalent application for master's degree has experienced such three stages as growth, decline and revival, and has been developed in a standardized way for 17 years. In 2016, the exam of on-the-job personnel studying for master's degree and the national graduate unified exam were merged, which is both opportunity and challenge for the reform of the equivalent-degree education. The equivalent-degree education should be developed with the lifelong, socialized and symbiosis orientation, and the reform should be made around the nation- wide coverage of exam subjects, the range of degree conferment, the period of schooling, the review of papers, the ex- am restriction and times, and the determining of scores for admission.
