高等医科院校法律素质教育的现状及对策研究

摘　　要：现阶段,高等医科院校法律素质教育存在着弊端,如学校对学生法律素质教育重视不够,没有树立社会主义法治理念和法律素质教育方法落后,缺乏配套的实践教学环节及师资力量匮乏等。高等医科院校应该转变传统的医科院校法律系统教育,树立社会主义法治理念教育,培育一支医法结合的师资队伍,推进教学方法改革,开展实践教学活动。At present, medical colleges have many disadvantages in the education of students＇ legal quality such as lack of attention to the education of students＇ legal quality, failure to establish the socialist concept of rule of law and the backward ways in the education of legal quality, lack of supporting practice teaching links and law faculty. The medical colleges should transform the traditional legal system education, establish the education of the socialist concept of rule of law, cultivate a medicine-law faculty, promote the reform of teaching methods and carry out practi- cal teaching activities.
