摘 要:科学学派能够在一定历史时期内影响该时代的科技发展,具有相对成熟的科学范式和学术思想,通过领军人物的学术观点,使其得到认可。科学学派的形成机制主要有基于相同学术观点、基于地域相近或交叉而形成。科学学派的作用主要表现在进行科技研究、培养前沿人才、促进科技交流、传承科技思想等方面。促进中国特色科学学派的形成和发展,应该从深化我国的体制机制创新,加强研究与培养,提升到国家战略高度给予重视,最终培育一批具有中国特色能够应对国际竞争的科学学派,促进我国科技在国际上竞争力的整体提升。In a certain historical period scientific school can influence the era of science and technology develop- ment. With the relatively mature scientific paradigm and academic thoughts, the' leader of the academic point of view, to be recognized. The formation mechanism of scientific school mainly based on the same academic point of view or geographical proximity cross. The role of scientific schools in science and technology research, cultivating talents and promoting frontier science and technology exchange, inheritance thinking on science and technology, etc. To promote the formation and development of China characteristics of scientific school, it should be from the system and mechanism innovation to deepen our country, to strengthen the study, to enhance the national strategic height attention.
