中国研究型大学企业博士后发展现状研究——以上海交通大学为例

摘　　要：作为国内著名研究型大学,上海交通大学在企业博士后培养上起步早、基础厚,利用自身的学术实力,建立了企业博士后联培的独特模式。上海交通大学坚持国家导向与市场调节相结合,缩减招收规模,优化生源质量,依托优势学科,推动名师参与,与上海企业合作为主,与其他临近省份、发达省份合作为辅,形成了注重数量向兼顾质量转变,体现国家意志向兼顾市场导向转变,从注重应用科学向兼顾基础科学转变的特点。As a domestic prestigious university, Shanghai Jiao Tong University （SJTU） has an early start and a solid foundation in industrial postdoctoral cultivation, which has shaped an unique model. Firstly, it combines the government guidance with market development; Secondly, it optimizes students＇ quality by reducing recruitment size and enhances teaching quality by leveraging its strong research resources and encouraging famous teachers to join in the program; Thirdly, it mainly cooperates with Shanghai＇s corporations while with other neighboring or developed provinces subsidiary. Currently, SJTU has formed 3 characteristics in postdoctoral cultivation： transferring from quantity- oriented to qualityoriented, from government- dominated to market- oriented, and from applied disciplines to fundamental disciplines.
