摘　　要：通过对比分析国内外的区域创新系统,深入研究目前国内区域创新系统,提出了影响区域创新系统知识产权保护的影响因素,构建了区域创新系统动力模型,从国家法规完善、企业自身建设、社会保险结合的方式对区域创新系统的知识产权保护提出了相关建议。The through the comprehensive comparison of the literature at home and abroad of the regional innovation system analysis, in-depth study of the regional innovation system, put forward the impact factors to influence the regional innovation system of intellectual property protection, construction of the regional innovation system＇s dynamic model, from the national laws and regulations, the enterprise＇s own construction, social insurancecombined way of regional innovation system of intellectual property protection three pronged proposed relevant suggestions.
