农业科技特派员制度的国际借鉴研究

摘　　要：农业科技特派员制度起源于农技推广体系的基层创新,经过短短十几年的发展,便已覆盖了全国90%的县,成为了农村牧区"大众创业,万众创新"的重要平台。但是,这项制度还存在很多问题,需要在实践中借鉴其它国家成熟的农业技术推广经验加以完善。Technical Envoy Institution starts from basic--level innovation of agricultural extension system. It has covered 90% counties in just over ten years, and has become an important ＂public business and innovation＂ platform for agricultural technicians. While, there are still some problems in the institution. We need to adapt other countries＇mature agricultural extension experiences in practice to improve it.
