摘　　要：办大学、培养人才,要认识大学本质也要了解大学运行现实,才能在适应社会变革中不失办学本色、不放弃使命,并从治校、办学、用人、育人、环境等方面不断完善、革新大学运行,逐步办成"好大学",培养一批又一批德才兼备的和谐人才。Manage the university and cultivate the talents, which should realize the essence of college and the reality of its operation so that insist the tenet and engrave the mission in the changing social transformation; which should keep improving and reforming its operation from management, education, cultivation and circumstance, in order to make an excellent university and train batches of harmonious talents both own moral integrity and ability.
