摘  要:以废弃棉、麻纤维为增强材料,废弃的聚氨酯为基体材料,采用共混塑炼-热压法制备阻燃纤维板。通过正交试验和极差分析研究了不同水平因素对阻燃纤维板阻燃性能和力学性能的影响,获得制备阻燃纤维板优化工艺条件:棉麻配比40/60,TPU质量分数75%,热压压力15MPa,热压温度180℃,热压时间5min,TPU阻燃剂与TPU质量比18%,棉麻阻燃剂APP与棉麻质量比30/100。在此工艺条件下,制备的废弃棉麻/聚氨酯阻燃保温板,热传导系数为0.019 W/(m·K),极限氧指数为34.2%,拉伸强度为39.49 MPa,弯曲强度为34.56 MPa,冲击强度为6.73kJ/m2,含水率为0.3%,吸水厚度膨胀率为0.2%,加热后尺寸变化率为0.2%,高低温尺寸变化率为±2.5%。Waste cotton,linen fibers and waste TPU resin material were selected to prepare flame retardant board by blending and hot pressing molding.The optimal processing conditions were concluded as follows:fixed hot pressing time 5min,TPU content 75%,matching of cotton/linen40/60,TPU flame retardant 18%,APP content 30%,hot pressing pressure 15 MPa and hot pressing temperature 180 ℃.Fiber/thermoplastic polyurethane flame retardant insulation board was prepared with composite board and polyurethane rigid foam.Under the conditions,the properties of retardant insulation board were determined as follows:thermal conductivity 0.019 W/(m·K),LOI 34.2%,tensile strength 39.49 MPa,bending strength 34.56 MPa,impact strength 6.73kJ/m2,moisture content 0.3%,thickness swelling 0.2%,dimensional shrinkage after heated 0.2%,high and low temperature size changing rate±2.5%.
