摘 要:以聚乙二醇单甲醚和马来酸酐(MAH)为原料,用熔融酯化法合成了马来酸聚乙二醇单甲醚单酯(MPEGMA)。研究了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间等对酯化率的影响,用FTIR、XRD和DSC表征了大单体的结构、结晶性和相变功能。试验结果表明,大单体合成最优条件为马来酸酐与聚乙二醇单甲醚的摩尔比为1.3∶1,催化剂对甲苯磺酸为马来酸酐与聚乙二醇单甲醚总质量1%,温度为110℃,时间为4h。红外光谱结果表明反应产物是目标产物,XRD结果显示大单体有较好的结晶性。DSC和步冷曲线表明制备的大单体具有较大的相变焓,保温时间可达10min。Maleic acid polyethylene glycol single methyl ether ester(MPEGMA)was synthesized by melt esterification malefic anhydride(MAH)and polyethylene glycol single methyl ether(MPEG).The effect of raw material ratio,catalyst dosage and reaction time on the esterification rate was investigated.Monomer structure,crystallization and phase transformation function were characterized by FTIR,XRD and DSC respectively.Results showed that the optimal synthetic conditions for large monomer were molar ratio of MAH and MPEG was 1.3∶1,mass fraction of catalyst was 1%of MAH and MPEG,the temperature was 110 ℃,reaction time was 4h.FTIR and XRD result showed that reaction product was the target product and the monomer had good crystallization.DSC and cooling curves showed that the preparation of large monomer had larger phase change enthalpy and holding time of big monomers could reach to 10 min.
