摘 要:以钛酸四丁酯为前驱体,冰醋酸为螯合剂,通过溶胶-凝胶法合成TiO2。以聚乙二醇为造孔剂,用相同的方法合成了多孔TiO2(P-TiO2)。在超声作用下,水相CdTe量子点在多孔TiO2表面复合,制备得CdTe/TiO2多孔材料(CdTe/TiO2)。对制备的样品进行X射线衍射仪(XRD)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱(DRS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和氮气吸附脱附等表征,以RhB为目标降解物,考察了样品的光催化性能。结果表明,溶胶-凝胶法制备的TiO2、多孔TiO2为锐钛矿结构,TiO2比表面积为38.01m2/g,多孔TiO2比表面积为98.63 m2/g,孔径约4.5nm,CdTe/TiO2多孔材料在可见光区的吸收较多孔TiO2、TiO2有明显提升。多孔TiO2,CdTe/TiO2的光催化性能较TiO2有明显提高,多孔TiO2降解率可达63%,CdTe/TiO2多孔材料降解率可达78%。TiO2was prepared by sol-gel method using Ti(OBu)4as precursor,HAC as complexation,and porous titanium dioxide(P-TiO2)powder was prepared with PEG2000 as the pore forming agents by same method for TiO2 preparation.Under the condition of ultrasound,CdTe quantum dots were synthesized directly on the surface of porous TiO2 obtain porous materials of CdTe/TiO2(CdTe/TiO2).Its photocatalytic activity in degrading RhB was determined and the photocatalysts of powder were characterized by X ray diffraction(XRD),optical diffuse-reflection spectra(DRS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),N2 adsorption desorption.It demonstrated that TiO2 and P-TiO2 had the anatase phase with sol-gel.TiO2 and P-TiO2 showed special surface area of 38.01and98.63 m2/g,and had the grain size of 4.5nm,The absorbance of CdTe/TiO2 porous material was improved significantly,P-TiO2 in visible light region.The photocatalytic properties of CdTe/TiO2 and P-TiO2 were improved significantly when compared with TiO2,and the degradation rate of P-TiO2 and CdTe/TiO2 could reach up to 63% and 78%.
