东北地区青年女子合体上装省量分配方法

摘　　要：运用Tecmach三维人体扫描仪,对东北地区青年女子共465人进行静态人体计测。分析人体各重要细部测量数据与身高和净胸围之间的一元回归和二元回归关系,根据数据分析结果制作中间体人台,依据东华原型构建方法建立东北地区女青年服装原型。绘制原型在人台胸围、腰围处形成的切面弧线,并按相应的省道位置分段,然后求对应弧线的差量;根据其在总差量中所占比例,求得合体原型腰部省量的分配方法。此方法直接、实用,不仅可以运用到合体原型省量分配方法上,还可为女装合体性研究提供支持,更好地为服装生产服务。The static body data of 465 young females from the northeast China were measured using the Tecmach 3Dscanner.The relationship between detailed measurement data of human body and the height and net chest circumference in monadic linear and binary linear regression were analyzed,to make intermediate people table according to the results of data analysis,and build northeast area female youth clothing prototype based on the construction method of Donghua Prototype.Section arcs formed by prototypes on mannequin bust and waist was draw and those two arcs are segmented on the basis of dart location requirement,each pair of arcs difference proportion in the total amount of dart was calculated and fitting prototype waist dart allocation was got with the total amount of the dart multiplied by every part of difference ratio proportion.This method was direct and practical,which not only could be used to fit prototype dart quantity allocation method,but also could provide support for the research on the fit women swear,to better service clothing production.
