单宁对桉木热水预水解的影响

摘  要:以质量浓度为0,0.562,1.124,1.686,2.248和2.810g/L的单宁溶液作为预水解介质,在液比6∶1、温度190℃、保温时间60min的条件下对桉木进行预水解。通过对固相和液相中糖、木素以及其他物质和基团的变化,考察了单宁对桉木热水预水解的影响并对机理进行了讨论。结果表明,单宁会提升水解后桉木中糖类、乙酰基、木素等的得率,且随着单宁用量的增加,得率的提升程度变大。单宁有助于保护抽提出来的低聚糖的糖苷键,且随着用量的增加,保护作用增强。The eucalyptus wood were pre-hydrolyzed using tannin solution of 0,0.562,1.124,1.686,2.248 and 2.810g/L as pre-hydrolysis medium under the conditions of liquid ratio 6∶1,190 ℃,holding time 60 min.The effect and mechanism of tannin on pre-hydrolysis were studied by investigating the changes of saccharides,lignin and other substances and groups in solid and liquid phase.The results showed that the yields of saccharides,acetyl group,lignin in the eucalyptus wood after hydrolysis were increased by tannin,and the increased yields were related with the tannin dosage.Tannin would protect oligosaccharide glycoside bond,and such protection effect was strengthened with the increasing tannin dosage.
